Our motivation for founding the company stems from multiple reasons. Pakistan has one of the highest unemployment rates, particularly among young to middle-aged individuals. Recognizing this problem, our founders decided to take action by empowering this demographic and connecting them with the right employers for their growth and future. Moreover, high unemployment rates have a detrimental impact on Pakistan's economic state. It was crucial to establish a recruitment agency capable of making a significant difference.
